The Red Bull Energy Smoothie is an energy producing powerhouse with athletic performance enhancers caffeine and taurine. This recipe will show you how to make one.
|1 cup Red Bull, energy drink|
|½ cup grapes|
|½ cup mango, frozen, chunks|
|½ oranges, peeled|
|½ cup watermelon|
|1 cup ice|
|1 scoop Collagen Boost, optional|
|1. Place Red Bull Energy Drink, grapes, mango, orange, watermelon, and crushed ice into a blender, fill to the max water line, and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.|
|2. Pour into a glass for immediate refreshment or place in the fridge to enjoy later.|

2. Red Bull Italian Soda
An Italian Soda made with Red Bull instead of club soda.
|1 Can Red Bull|
|2 Tablespoons Flavored Syrup (adjust to your taste)|
|1/4 Cup Half & Half|
|1. Fill your cup to the top with ice (I use a 24 oz cup).|
|2. Add the amount of flavored syrup you’d like (I like about 2 tablespoons.)|
|3. Pour the can of Red Bull over the top.|
|4. Place lid on your drink and carefully swirl to combine.|
|5. Drink and enjoy!|

|2. Put ice cubes in a cup. Pour coconut RedBull over ice. Add half and half. Stir until combined. Stir in french vanilla syrup.|
|3. Put ice cubes in a cup. Pour tropical RedBull over ice. Add half and half. Stir until combined. Stir in coconut syrup.|
|4. Put ice cubes in a cup. Pour plum RedBull over ice. Add half and half. Stir until combined. Stir in french vanilla syrup.|

4. Energetic Strawberry Smoothie
This is a very simple strawberry smoothie. I learned the recipe from my friends who work at Mercer's cafe.
|1 (8.3 ounce) can citrus flavored energy drink (e.g. Red Bull™)|
|2 cups frozen strawberries|
|1. In the container of a blender, combine the energy drink and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Add some water if blending is difficult. Pour into 2 big glasses.|
