1. Chicken In A Biskit Recipe
|3 cups all-purpose flour|
|2 teaspoons baking powder|
|½ teaspoon baking soda|
|2 tbsp powdered chicken bouillon|
|½ tsp garlic powder|
|1½ teaspoons poultry seasoning|
|½ teaspoon kosher salt|
|½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper|
|½ cup crispy chicken skin bits - optional|
|½ cup frozen rendered chicken fat (cut in cubes (chicken fat softens quickly))|
|1¼ cup buttermilk (cold from the fridge)|

Spicy Chicken Cracker Toppers Recipe: If you're looking for party food that is easy, flavorful and quick to make, I have one you'll love.
|1 cup chicken and tomato filling (our recipe) ((per recipe))|
|¼ teaspoon hot sauce ((or more, to taste))|
|3 slices jalapeño Monterey pepperjack cheese|
|1 doz Nabisco RITZ Crackers|
|1 tablespoon minced parsley ( or cilantro (both work))|
|½ cup sour cream|
|1. For the chicken|
|2. Cooking chicken|
|3. Cooking the chicken: Heat oil over medium-low heat. Stir in the onion and cook until they start to become translucent. Stir in garlic and pepper flakes, cook stirring for half a minute. Add bell pepper, tomato and chicken. Stir to mix. Pour in tomato sauce and stir to mix. Cover and simmer until the liquid has evaporated. Set aside.|
|4. Cutting cheese: Using a cookie cutter, cut the cheese into 12 small circles (about the size of the crackers), if you don't have a cookie cutter just cut the cheese into squares.|
|5. Serving: Arrange chicken, cheese, crackers, parsley and sour cream on a tray. Right before eating assemble by placing cheese on a cracker, topping with chicken, followed by a small dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with parsley. The cheese will prevent the cracker from becoming soggy with the chicken juices, but is best not to pre-assemble.|

|2 cups bite size shredded wheat cereal|
|2 cups bite size whole grain oat cereal|
|1 cup Triscuit crackers|
|1 cup Chicken in a Biskit|
|2 cups mini-pretzels|
|1 cup mixed nuts|
|1 stick butter (8 tbsp)|
|1 tbsp onion powder|
|1 tbsp garlic powder|
|1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce|
|1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.|
|2. Add the bite size shredded wheat cereal whole grain oat cereal, triscuit crakcers, chicken in a biskit crackers, mini pretzels and mixed nuts into a large bowl and mix them together to combine.|
|3. In a microwave safe bowl that’s coverable, melt the butter.|
|4. To the butter add the onion powder, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce and throughly mix together. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers and cereal and carefully fold to combine.|
|5. Transfer mixture to a baking sheet and bake in your preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the crackers start to change colors. Stir the mixture often in the oven so you get even browning.|
|6. Allow the mixture to cool completely. Store in an air tight container. Serve and enjoy!|

|1 box Chicken in a Biskit Crackers|
|1 lb chicken breasts cut into 6-8 strips|
|¼ tsp pepper|
|¼ tsp garlic salt|
|¼ tsp Italian seasoning|
|¼ tsp onion powder|
|¼ tsp paprika|
|1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.|
|2. Line baking sheet with foil for easier cleanup.|
|3. Make crumb mixture by pulsing crackers in a food processor or by adding them to a zipped storage bag and rolling them with a rolling pin until they reach fine crumbs. Add your choice of seasonings.|
|4. Place crumbs in a shallow dipping bowl.|
|5. Whisk eggs in a separate dish.|
|6. Dip chicken pieces into egg and then roll in cracker crumbs. Place on a baking sheet.|
