Keto Waffles

These keto and low carb waffles with almond flour are totally healthy. They are so fluffy, easy and quick to make. Just perfect!

INGREDIENTS

1 large egg
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp erythritol or any sweetener
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil to grease the waffle iron
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk warmed up
50 ml sour cream
1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
