St. Patrick’s Day Sugar Cookie Bars

This treat is perfect for serving a crowd, or you can cut the recipe in half and put it in a jelly roll pan if you don’t need as many. They’re easy to serve and so yummy!

INGREDIENTS

1 c. butter softened at room temperature
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 c. flour

FOR THE FROSTING
5 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter softened at room temperature
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. almond extract
6 Tbsp milk
green food coloring
St. Patrick's Day sprinkles
