Meatball Sub Casserole

Meatball Sub Casseroles are crazy popular. No soggy bread and the flavor was PHENOMENAL! The leftover was even better.  SO GOOD!

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE MEATBALLS
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

FOR THE CASSEROLE
5 oz bag of Italian Style Croutons
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup water
