Stuffed Reubens

These Stuffed Reubens make a great main course as well as an appetizer for a St. Patrick’s Day party, tailgate, or any kind of get-together.


1 can Pillsbury Grands refrigerated biscuits
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
1/2 – 1 lb leftover corned beef, chopped or pulled apart
4 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1 egg, beaten
Caraway seeds, to taste, optional*
