Low Country Shrimp Boil

A southern classic, great for summertime!


6 quarts Water
¾ cups Old Bay Seasoning
2 pounds Red Potatoes
2 pounds Smoked Sausage, Cut Into Chunks
10 ears Corn, Husked And Quartered
4 pounds Uncooked Shrimp (peel On)


  1. Bring water and seasoning to a full boil. Add potatoes and boil for 15 minutes. Add in sausage and cook for 5 minutes. Add corn, cook another 5 minutes. 
  2. Finally, add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 4 minutes.
